Crozer Health has a new CEO – five months after Kevin Spiegel was appointed to the position. System officials announced that Anthony Esposito has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Delaware County’s largest health care systems and one of its largest employers. Simultaneously, Spiegel has returned to Prospect Medical Holdings Inc. for special projects. Esposito was unavailable for comment Tuesday.
