We’re coming to the end of the year and while it’s all fun and fa-la-la-la-lah for now, come January first, we’ll inevitably take a sharp U-turn towards ‘25 ways to better yourself as a person’ territory. Yes, there will be talk of how we’re done with resolutions and you’ll hear plenty of ‘New Year, Same Me’ rhetoric, but still, it’s hard not to feel like you should be making some changes at the turn of the year.
